PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top plate for an X-ray diagnostic apparatus composed of a cylindrical member molded from a carbon fiber reinforced resin and a reinforcing member formed of a metal or a fiber reinforced resin, and fitted to the inside of one end portion of the cylindrical member, which hardly generates delamination at a bonding portion of the cylindrical member and the reinforcing member even if a large load is applied, and which is excellent in strength reliability for a long period. SOLUTION: The top plate for an X-ray diagnostic apparatus is constituted of the cylindrical member constituted by arranging two elongated face plates formed of the carbon fiber reinforcing resin, facing each other at an interval and connecting both ends in a width direction each other, respectively, and the reinforcing member fit to the inside of one end portion of the cylindrical member and formed of the metal or the fiber reinforced resin, the cylindrical member and the end portion of the reinforcing member located at the back side thereof are bonded with an elastic adhesive.
