PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the mower attached to the bottom of the travelling machine body possible to move up and down without inclination of the mower to left or right side and to set up the cutting height exactly. SOLUTION: The rotating shaft 30 is projected toward the outside direction of the machine body at the lower part of the travelling machine body and is supported horizontally, and the mower is hung down from the shaking arm 31 and the arm 31 is connected to the outer projection of this rotating shaft 30. The one end of the rotating shaft 30 is supported rotatably to the fixed brackets 40 arranged at the side-out part of the machine body, while, the lower limit-controlling mechanism 42 for limiting the lower shaking of the shaking arm 31 by contact-controlling to the rotation shaft 30 to the fixed brackets 40.
