PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a printer capable of accurately positioning an operation board fitted on a printer body unit and an operation panel arranged on a printer case. SOLUTION: In the printer, when an upper case 3 of the printer case is assembled to the printer body unit, panel side positioning projections 7L and 7R formed on the left and right of the operation panel 7 on the upper case 3 side are inserted into board side positioning cutout grooves 8L and 8R on the left and right of the operation board 8 held on a board holder 9 fitted to the printer body unit under a condition movable in the board face direction. As the result, the operation board 8 is moved in the board face direction, and a condition that it is positioned to the operation panel 7 is formed. The problems that switch button operation caused by these positional deviation can not be surely performed, and the on/off state of LED can not be confirmed from the outside.
