PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel notification method in notifying information and to provide a game table capable of determining a display content of a display means without considering a part which one does not want to notify. SOLUTION: A slot machine 100 includes a shielding means 51 for shielding information displayed by a display means over a prescribed range. The shielding means 51 comprises a first shielding member 61 consisting of a shielding area for shielding light and a transmission area for transmitting light and a second shielding member 62 where the rate of light transmission provided on the front of the first shielding member 61 is larger than 0% and smaller than 100%, so that the shielding area and the transmission area are not identifiable from the front only by light from outside. A display control means controls the display content of the display means so that light from the display means is transmitted through the transmission area to enable the player to identify the transmission area and the player is allowed to visually recognize a part of the display of the display means through the transmission area.
