A permanent magnet generator is provided to increase magnetic flux by increasing a length of a rotor, thereby facilitating increment of generation capacity. A permanent magnet generator includes a rotor(20), ferromagnetic bodies(31a~31f), and a stator(10). The rotor is formed by arranging permanent magnets(21a~21c) at an outer circumference at predetermined intervals so that the same poles face each other. The ferromagnetic bodies are made of metal material to be magnetized and are magnetized to the same polarity as left and right poles by being positioned between the permanent magnets of the rotor. The stator wraps the rotor by winding a coil inducing a current between the ferromagnetic bodies and the permanent magnets.
