PURPOSE:To obtain the image quality or electrostatic charge quantity equiv. to the image quality or charge quantity of an initial image even after continuous copying by forming a titled member in such a manner as to have a specific compd. at least on the surface to impart excellent electrostatic chargeability to a toner. CONSTITUTION:This member has the compd. expressed by the formula I or II at least on the surface. In the formulas I, II, R1-R14 denote a hydrogen atom, amino group, etc., at least one among R1-R4 is a group except the hydrogen atom and at least one among R5-R8 is a group except the hydrogen atom. X is expressed by the formula III. The excellent (negative) electrostatic chargeability is thereby imparted to the toner and further the sufficient charge quantity can be imparted thereto even with weak agitating force. The image quality or charge quantity equiv. to the image quality or charge quantity of the initial image is obtd. even after the continuous copying. |
