PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of twisting force by connecting an output rod join-provided at the piston of a master cylinder to a reaction force mechanism in a state in which neck oscillation can be made, and join-contacting front and rear strike-touching plates strike-touching on a spherical surface which makes the center of the neck oscillation its center, to the output rod and a booster piston. CONSTITUTION:The above booster has a booster shell 1 whose inside is partitioned into front and rear chambers 2, 3 by a partition plate 1c, and the insides of front and rear chambers 2, 3 are further divided into negative pressure chambers 2a, 3a and operation chambers 2b, 3b respectively by booster pistons 4, 6 and diaphragms 5, 7. And the output rod 43 is connected to a valve tube 8 fixed at the rear booster piston 6 through a reaction force mechanism 44. In this case, the output rod 43 is made to be neck-oscillatable against the valve tube 8 by putting freely an output piston 41 into a large cylinder hole 27 and making the free put-in portion of the output piston 41 thin. Also, a front strike- touching plate 45 is fixed at the end part of the output rod 43, and a rear strike-touching plate 47 which strike-touches the rear surface of the strike- touching plate 45 is connected to the rear end of a pipe shaft 14. |
