<p>PURPOSE:To effectively recover the wrong key input by using a means which sets a prescribed key input function on a transparent panel keyboard put on an information pattern display screen, a means which stores in advance and rewritably the key input information by an amount equal to the single key input, and a means which carries out the set function. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 1 controls the input of a key 8 based on a basic control routine of a ROM 2 and sets successively the bits I5-I0 at 'L' in an output port 9 to read the contents of an input port 10 at each time point and to store these contents into a RAM 3 for advanced storage of the rewritable key input by an amount equal to the single key. At the same time, the CPU 1 sends the character/key control information, etc., to a liquid crystal controller 5 and controls a driver 6 to display characters and key patterns on a liquid crystal display device 7. Furthermore the CPU 1 executes the program of the RAM 3 and then the basic control routine of the ROM 2 as necessary based on the call execution so that a keyboard functions as a display device. In such constitution, the information can be rewritten by an amount equal to the single key input and therefore the errors can be corrected. The effect of such a panel input device is more improved when a non-fixed key input function is set on a partial keyboard.</p> |
