<p>PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency by providing a stepped cylinder whose center part forms a large diameter part and the both sides form the small diameter parts and by providing a stepped piston having a piston which is fitted onto the stepped cylinder and onto which a clamp body is installed. CONSTITUTION:When a turret 2 in the clamped state is supplied with a dividing instruction, pressurized oil is sent into a chamber 4b2 in the rear side small diameter part of a clamp cylinder 4 from an oil passage 24 and also sent into the front chamber 11b of a positioning cylinder 11. Then, a knock 13 is released, and a piston 5 is moved leftward. Further, a pilot check valve 17 is opened, and the oil in the chamber 4a1 in the front side large diameter part is sent into the chamber 4a2 of the rear side large diameter part, and the oil in the chamber 4b1 in the front side small diameter part is discharged through a check valve 18, and the engagement between the cubic couplings 10a and 10b is disengaged. Thus, the high speed turn of the turret 2 is permitted. Further, in the clamping operation, the large and small diameter parts on the side where a large force is necessary are allowed to communicate at the clamping time point, and a large force can be obtained.</p> |
