<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact system by improving a conventional air distribution flow using an inhaling type air supply means by properly utilizing a heat exhaust line in the system. <P>SOLUTION: One end of an air duct 124 is connected to an air exhaust manifold 53A of a fuel cell stack 100, while an air suction fan 122 is connected to the other end. An evaporator 51b is arranged immediately before the air fan 122. By suction by the air fan 122, a nearly uniform amount of air flow is inhaled into respective guide ports of the fuel cell stack 100.
