<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness clip structure with an improved recycling property, capable of being easily removed and excellent in disassembling work efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: Engaging piece parts 10, 10 to be engaged with a peripheral edge part of a vehicle body side fixing hole 4 are formed on a stem part 9 free to elastically deform and tongue piece parts 11, 11 roughly vertically erected are integrally formed on the inside edge sides of upper end surfaces 10a, 10a. An umbrella type collar part 12 makes a roughly circular conical shape as seen from an upper surface so as to cover the peripheral edge part of this vehicle body side fixing hole 4 in a state that the engaging piece parts 10, 10 are engaged with the peripheral edge part of the vehicle body side fixing hole 4.
