<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide yacon-containing gelidium jelly excellent in flavor and palate feeling and enabling eating of a prescribed amount of gelidium jelly every day. <P>SOLUTION: The yacon-containing gelidium jelly comprises mixed ingredients which are obtained by mixing a yacon aqueous solution made by diluting yacon juice with water, an agar aqueous solution made by diluting agar powder with water, 100% apple juice, and an oligosaccharide solution, with a gelatin aqueous solution made by diluting gelatin powder with water.
