PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement apparatus for inhibiting a deterioration in the measurement accuracy due to bubbles attached to a specimen material. SOLUTION: Since a discharge port of a pipette chip CP is inserted into a supply port provided in a measurement chip 50, a stored solution is moved from the discharge port to the supply port. When the solution is supplied to a liquid flow path 55, the solution is moved from the discharge port to the supply port for a predetermined period in a predetermined speed pattern including a speed pattern for moving the solution at a second speed lower than a first speed after the solution is moved faster than an air layer formed at a tip of the discharge port within the liquid flow path 55, and moved under the air layer at the first speed.
