PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sample dispensing device capable of dispensing accurately a necessary amount of the liquid sample into a reaction container. SOLUTION: This liquid sample dispensing device for dispensing each prescribed amount of the liquid sample held by a dispensation nozzle into a plurality of reaction containers is characterized as follows: a dispensation actuator control part is equipped with a discharge condition storage part; a discharge amount to a stroke of a plunger in a syringe connected to a dispensation actuator is stored in the discharge condition storage part; and the dispensation actuator control part issues an operation instruction to a dispensation actuator driving part based on the stroke of the plunger in the syringe connected to the dispensation actuator, a liquid sample suction amount, the discharge amount to an air suction amount, and the number of discharge times after sucking the liquid sample, which are stored beforehand.
