<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction disk capable of preventing degrading in suction force which is caused by deformation with age. <P>SOLUTION: The suction disk 10 includes suction disk body 12 and a gel layer 14. The gel layer 14 is joined to an installation surface 1210 of the suction disk body 12. A sucking surface 1402 includes a surface of the gel layer 14. The suction disk body 12 includes thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer having an isocyanate group at the end of a molecule. The gel layer 14 includes two-liquid curing polyurethane gel having a hydroxyl group at the end of a molecule. On the installation surface 1210, the isocyanate group at the end of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer molecule and the hydroxyl group at the end of two-liquid curing polyurethane gel molecule are combined and joined, which increases fusion strength of the suction disk body 12 and the gel layer 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
