<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable connecting structure which suppresses dislocation between a cable conductor and a cable sheath, maintains water intrusion preventing performance at a connection part, and enables easy connection requiring no expert skills. <P>SOLUTION: The cable connecting structure comprises: a terminal part of a cable comprising a sheath attached to a connection part body; an almost circular adhesive member arranged to stride over the connection part body and the sheath; and a tape wrapped to cover the adhesive member.
