PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a movable apparatus when an earthquake occurs, capable of restraining mechanical stress generated in the movable apparatus, even if shock of the earthquake is applied to the movable apparatus. SOLUTION: This control system has an input means 11 receiving input of information on the earthquake occurrence including seismic intensity or magnitude, an operation speed setting means 12 setting an operation speed of the movable apparatus based on the corresponding relationship between a preset controlling operation speed of the movable apparatus and the seismic intensity or the magnitude, and a control means 13 controlling the movable apparatus by the operation speed set by the operation speed setting means 12.
