PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unlock each electronic lock device in a short time only when the information on the distribution of electronic lock devices is normal. SOLUTION: This electronic lock control system comprises the electronic lock devices 101A-101D, a tag ID reader 201, an administration device 301, and an RFID administration server 501. The RFID administration server 501 connects a tag ID stored in the electronic lock device, the information on the installation position of the tag ID reader 201, and a reading time when the tag ID reader reads the tag ID of the electronic lock device to each other, and writes it in a distribution information storage part 502. Then, the server determines whether the tag ID is stored in the distribution information storage part 502 or not, and determines the passing route and the distribution time are valid or not.
