PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate excellent in low-temperature heat sealability, hot tack performance, high-speed liquid packing performance and mechanical strengths. SOLUTION: The laminate comprises a layer formed from a resin composition containing 60-99 wt.% of an ethylene-based polymer, which is a copolymer between ethylene and a 4-10Cα-olefin and satisfies the following requirements (I)-(IV) simultaneously, and 1-40 wt.% of a high pressure low-density polyethylene (wherein the total of the ethylene-based polymer and the high-pressure low-density polyethylene is 100 wt.%). Here the requirement (I): MFR is in the range of 1.0-100 g/10 min, (II): density(D) is in the range of 860-925 kg/m<SP>3</SP>, (III): Mw/Mn is in the range of 1.50-3.00, and (IV): the ratio (H/W) of the height (H) of the peak with the highest peak intensity to the width (W) at the 1/2 height of that peak in the elution curve obtained by TREF and the density (D) satisfy a specific relationship.
