摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure compatibility between a large thrust of a conveying table and high-precision positioning. SOLUTION: A small diameter output roller 7 having a flat tread 7a is mounted to an output shaft 6a of a drive motor 6 provided on the conveying table. A large diameter intermediate roller 9 having a flat tread 9a is mounted on an upper part of a power transmission shaft 8 in the vertical direction to contact with the output roller 7. A large diameter drive roller 10 is mounted on a lower part of the power transmission shaft 8 and the tread 10a having a roller crown is contacted to a slide bar 2. After the rotation of the drive motor 6 is reduced according to the ratio of the diameters of the output roller 7 and the intermediate roller 9, the rotation is transmitted to the drive roller 10 to improve the positioning resolution capability. A large contact area is secured between the output roller 7 and the intermediate roller 9 by contacting the flat treads 7a, 9a with each other, and a large contact area is secured between the drive roller 10 and the slide bar 2 by increasing the diameter of the drive roller 10.
