PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the concentration of dissolved oxygen in treated water in a deoxidation system for reducing dissolved oxygen in supplied water. SOLUTION: The deoxidation system includes a degassing device 1, a treated water tank 2 for storing the treated water produced in the degassing device 1, a loading device 3 using the treated water of the treated water tank 2 and a control means 4 for increasing the supply amount of water to be treated to the degassing device 1 accompanying the lowering of a water level on the basis of the water level data of the treated water tank 2. The control means 4 controls the supply amount of water to be treated so as to reduce it to a level lower than the supply amount only by the water level data on the basis of the treated water requiring amount data of the loading device 3.
