PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable winning device for a game machine capable of suppressing ball jammings in a front glass without impairing the function of a rotating body in a case of having the rotating body rotating horizontally, and to provide the game machine using the same. SOLUTION: The variable winning device 4 for the game machine incorporates: the rotating body 20 extending from the backside of a machine board 10 across the front side and rotatingly changing the position of a ball introduction hole 20a to change winning conditions (for example, an open state and a regulation state) of the game ball; and a closing member 41 for closing an interval between the rotating area of the rotating body 20 and the front glass.
