PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary and easily portable collapsible multi-functional pet tray. SOLUTION: The collapsible multi-functional pet tray 1 is provided with a nearly rectangular bottom part 3 for holding a pet toiletry sheet 101 and a wall face part 2 erecting to encircle the three sides of the bottom part by expanding the folded parts. The wall face part 2 has two side faces 2b, 2c and a back face 2a between the side faces 2b and 2c. The back face 2a is foldable in a line parallel to the boundary between the back face 2a and the side faces 2b, 2c.
