PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device equipped with a mobile image pickup device for acquiring a stable video even when vibration in traveling or the twist of a guide pipe or the like is detected. SOLUTION: A traveling object 2 is provided with a traveling wheel 23 traveling along the internal wall of a guide pipe main body 11, and an opening 11S side of the guide pipe main body 11 is provided with a frame member 13 having a guide groove 13m extended along the longitudinal direction of the guide main body 11; and a vibration stop wheel 24 traveling along the guide groove 13m.
