PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setting information copying system, a setting information copying method, and a setting information copying program which can certainly establish setting information of an old model in a new model. SOLUTION: A first potable terminal which becomes a copying origin of setting, is provided with a control unit which instructs so as to display the setting information on a display screen, and an image acquisition unit which carries out imaging of the setting information displayed in the first portable terminal, and creates image data. The control unit carries out image processing of the image data created by the image acquisition unit, discriminates the setting information of the first portable terminal, and instructs to a second portable terminal which is a copying destination of the setting so as to register the setting based on the discriminated setting information.
