PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat transfer efficiency between combustion gas and a cooking vessel. SOLUTION: A combustion gas passage is formed for forcibly supplying combustion air to a burner 14 and into which outside air hardly flows by surrounding upper and lower surfaces with almost no space by a trivet ring 21, the burner 14, and a bottom surface of the cooking vessel P, and the combustion gas of the burner 14 is discharged from the outer peripheral part of the combustion gas passage. Further, the passage area of the combustion gas passage becomes smaller as it becomes distant from the burner 14. As a result, combustion heat is not uneconomically dispersed in the combustion gas passage, and as the high temperature combustion gas passes so as to lick the bottom surface of the cooling vessel P, heat efficiency is improved.
