The control device (10) has a control valve (11) integrated to a bypass line for changing a conduit of the line. An adjustable oil motor (13) is provided to rotate the control valve around a rotation axis (14). The adjustable oil motor is rotated together with the control valve around the axis to transfer the motor and the valve between positions. The motor and the valve are in a normal operation in one of the positions, and are in a non stop operation in another position.
