The universal cannon, using water or a powder and the like, has a propellant (2) and projection (3) chamber in succession. A barrel (4) is within a hollow cylindrical body (1) with an end opening (11) and at least one mantle opening (8,9) forming a ring chamber. The barrel slides along the hollow cylinder line. A valve lock (5,6) is between the inner wall of the cylinder and the outer wall of the barrel, to divide the ring chamber into the two chamber sections, opened by sliding the barrel. The base end (7) forms a seat.
