The card (1) has a dial-in controlling application (2) and a dial-in controlling database (3) with a database entry (4), which are implemented in the card. The application and the database are arranged in such a manner that the dial-in controlling application allows or prevents a dial-up to be attempted with a mobile station using a preset dial-in parameter for dial-in in an Internet based on a database item. The item is contained in a dial-in control database. An independent claim is also included for a method for protecting an Internet-enabled mobile station for a mobile telephone system.
