The system has an arrangement of patient support (1) in which a bronchoscope device (9) and percutaneous-intervention device are spatially combined. An X-ray imaging arrangement (5) e.g. C-arm-computed tomography-angiography device (6), is arranged for three-dimensional movement within diagnostic-and therapy areas at a multi-axial support system (8). A patient in the support is brought to the bronchoscope device such that areas is detected and navigation of the endoscope is monitored. An independent claim is also included for an imaging method for broncho-pulmonal diagnose and therapy.
