An aluminum resistant color panel having a yellow soil board used for exterior and interior material for construction is provided to reduce a construction period by simplifying the structure of an aluminum resistant color panel and to prevent the aluminum resistant color panel from being twisted after construction. An aluminum resistant color panel having a yellow soil board used for exterior and interior material for construction comprises a yellow soil board(10) and aluminum plates(20,20'). The yellow soil board is boned to the aluminum plates using a felt paper(30) having a double sided adhesive layer(30'), and simultaneously the aluminum plates are fixed to each other using coupling members. Adhesive for blocking electromagnetic waves are provided in the double sided adhesive layer of the felt paper.
