A thiazole-based organic light emitting compound, and an organic light emitting device containing the compound are provided to improve luminous efficiency and lifetime characteristics, thereby enhancing the drive operation of a device. A thiazole-based organic light emitting compound is represented by the formula 1, wherein A is a chemical bond or -Ph-; m is 0; Ar1 is H; Ar2 is a specific aromatic group; Ar3 is a specific aromatic group; R1 are independently H, a C1-C20 alkyl group substituted or unsubstituted with a halogen atom, a C1-C20 alkylsilyl group, a C6-C20 arylsilyl group or a C6-C20 aryl group; R11 and R12 are independently H or a C1-C20 alkyl group substituted or unsubstituted with a halogen atom; R13 to R18 are independently H, a C1-C20 alkyl group substituted or unsubstituted with a halogen atom, a C1-C20 alkylsilyl group, a C6-C20 arylsilyl group or a C6-C20 aryl group; n is 1 or 2; and the aryl group of R1 and R13 to R18 can be substituted with a C1-C20 alkyl group or a halogen atom.
