<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of leaving and utilizing a photoresist, in passage formation on a separator. <P>SOLUTION: This invention provides a separator for a fuel cell. This separator for a fuel cell is provided with a metal substrate, and a resist part covering a surface of the metal substrate and having conductivity.
