PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food composition having a solid formulation which allows to be suitably used as supplements to auxiliarily supply functional component into the body, and having especially beauty effect such as moisture keeping.

SOLUTION: This food composition having a solid formulation includes as the active ingredient, a processed product of Polygonumaviculare, or a mixture of a processed product of Polygonumaviculare and at least one processed product either of hop or perilla.
