<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing tea leaf comprising using Stephania Japonica vara ustralis belonging to Menispermaceae grown gregariously in an area of the southwest islands in the south from the Okinawa main island and known for all-purpose medicinal effect as a main ingredient while tea in infinite in variety, and adding lemongrass to the tea leaves to have lemon flavor. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing tea leaves comprises a process of washing the Stephania Japonica vara ustralis with water; a process of draining the Stephania Japonica vara ustralis washed in the process of washing with water; a process of drying the Stephania Japonica vara ustralis drained in the draining process; a process of making blended tea leaves while adding lemon grass to the Stephania Japonica vara ustralis dried in the drying process; a process of charging the tea leaves blended in the tea-leaf making process in tea packs; and a process of packaging a number of tea packs each charged with the tea leaves in the process of charging tea leaves in the tea packs; wherein 100 mass% of the tea leaves is obtained by blending 80 mass% of the Stephania Japonica vara ustralis and 20 mass% of the lemongrass. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
