<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently retrieve reputation information related to an evaluation object expression even from a document with a syntax structure difficult to analyze. <P>SOLUTION: A document retrieval part 2 retrieves a document including a predetermined retrieval word, from a plurality of documents accumulated and held in an input document accumulating part 1, and a retrieval result storage part 3 stores the document ID. A reputation expression candidate extracting part 4 extracts reputation expression candidates which are candidates of reputation expressions, from the document corresponding to the document ID stored in the retrieval result storage part 3, out of the plurality of documents accumulated and held in the input document accumulating part 1, and a reputation expression candidate storage part 5 stores the reputation expression candidates. A reputation expression sorting part 10 sorts the reputation expression candidates stored in the reputation expression candidate storage part 5, based on similarity between the reputation expression candidates, and outputs them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
