<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expert information retrieval device by which an expert can be found by inputting a retrieval keyword to a specific field in a system for sharing a document by a plurality of users. <P>SOLUTION: When a retrieval request specifying the retrieval keyword is transmitted from a user terminal 200, a retrieval means 130 of a server computer 100 retrieves a document including the retrieval keyword in the document from a document storage device 110. Next, an importance calculation means 140 determines importance scores of the retrieval keyword in the retrieved document. Next, a user-based expert degree determination means 150 determines a registered user of the retrieved document by referring to the document storage device 110 and calculates expert degree scores of the registered user of the retrieved document based on the registered user and the importance score of the retrieval keyword in the document.
