摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for regenerating the kinetic energy and/or potential energy of a relatively large inertial body such as a boom or a revolving frame of a construction machine. SOLUTION: A head side oil chamber RM1 and a rod side oil chamber RM2 of a boom cylinder BCY are connected to ports BP, AP of a boom cylinder control valve VL1 via lines L1, L2, respectively. A hydraulic motor 38 in only use for regeneration is provided on the left side of a hydraulic pump 32 coaxially with a rotating shaft 30a, and its swash plate 38a is controlled by a swash plate control part 36. Oil from the head side oil chamber gets to the port BP via the line L2, and then it is returned from a flow path FL4 through a small diameter portion r1 of a spool SPr and a flow path FL to the port TP1 and given to a supply port 38b of the hydraulic motor 38 via a return line BL. The port TP1 supplies the return oil from the head side oil chamber of the boom cylinder via the small diameter portion r1 to the hydraulic motor 38 only when an operation pressure signal Pa is given thereto. The pressure of the return oil is supplied via the line 34L to a flow control mechanism 34 to increase the horse power property of the hydraulic pump. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
