GAS PHASE GROWTH CARBON FIBER, HARMLESS TREATMENT AGENT OF NOXIOUS POLLUTANT BY DISPERSION MEDIUM LIQUID AND TREATMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harmless treatment agent of a noxious pollutant which has only to be sprayed/stirred on the spot and left at rest to successfully perform a harmless treatment without transferring soil and can treat a noxious pollutant in a safe manner and a short application time and at a low economic cost, and also a treatment method for the noxious pollutant. SOLUTION: The gas phase carbon fiber selectively takes up the noxious pollutant and decomposes/removes it. The treatment method is employed to mix/stir the gas phase carbon fiber with the dispersion medium liquid obtained by activating the water molecule which disperses/floats and keeps the carbon fiber dispersed without sedimenting the carbon fiber by the Brownian movement.
