PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straw disposing device of a combine harvester having high cutting treatment efficiency of discharged straw and enabling easy maintenance. SOLUTION: The straw disposing device of a combine harvester is provided with a cutter 9 to rake and cut discharged straw transported from a threshing part and a straw-pressing roller 18 to push the straw into a raking part P of the cutter 9. The straw-pressing roller 18 is switchable between a straw pressing posture positioned close to the cutter 9 and pressing the straw to the raking position of the cutter 9 and a maintenance posture separated from the cutter 9 and exposing the raking position of the cutter 9.
