PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system and information management method for identifying circumstances of management object data in a database at a glance. SOLUTION: This information management system is configured of a database unit having at least drawing data 28 for storing management object data as the object of management and a client unit for storing management object data 32 in a database unit, and links the management object data to the drawing data, and acquires the linked management object data as necessary. At least, the client unit is configured by integrating the management object data stored in the database unit into a tree structure 26 for visualization.
