PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a book mark function for a Web page or the like. SOLUTION: This system for displaying identification information for prompting a user to select a file is provided with a storage part for storing the identification information of each of classified files in association with tag information showing the category of the content of the file; a retrieval part for retrieving the file including information corresponding to the input tag information from among the classified files in response to the input of newly registered tag information; a first storage part for storing the identification of the retrieved file in association with the input tag information in the storage part; and a display part for reading the identification information associated with the designated tag information from the storage part in response to the request to display the identification information to designate the tag information, and for displaying the read identification information.
