PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique enabling a person to accurately know what kind of themes is present on the Internet. SOLUTION: The system comprises an article collection part, which selects at least one source article from a plurality of articles, collects article contents for the source article and an article group which can be traced from the source article by links, and records the article contents in an article recording part in association with article information for specifying each article; a cluster generation part, which sets, for each source article, an article group derived therefrom as a cluster, and records cluster information thereof to a cluster recording part; a cluster reconfiguration part, which determines a similarity between different clusters based on the article contents of articles contained in the clusters in reference to the article recording part and the cluster recording part, and mutually merges the clusters based thereon to generate merged cluster information; and a season degree measurement part which measures a season degree for each cluster.
