PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory access device and method having memory constitution capable of shortening latencies of processings for a CPU and a memory to enhance performance of the memory access device. SOLUTION: This memory access device 11 is provided with the plurality of CPUs 14a-14d for executing a memory access command, a main memory 15 addressed by a prescribed system and accessible from the CPUs 14a-14d, and an access pattern storage area 13 for storing an access pattern to the main memory 15 of the CPU 14 in every memory access command, and allocates a memory area of the main memory 15 accessed by the CPU 14 executing the memory access command, referring to the access pattern to the main memory 15 stored in the access pattern storage area 13, by the memory access command from the CPU 14, in response to the access pattern, by a stack system and an interleaving system.
