PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation guidance system which functions autonomously when a disaster occurs and can demonstrate disaster countermeasure functions containing appropriate evacuation guidance. SOLUTION: An LED at a fire outbreak location on a relevant map is turned on or blinked corresponding to map information for guidance notified by a map information display section 5 based on the information on the fire outbreak location. Further, an evacuation site which locates at a separate direction from the fire outbreak location is pinpointed based on information about the fire outbreak location, map information for guidance, and position information of the evacuation site, and a path to the pinpointed evacuation site is searched and the LED on the path is made to correspond to map information for guidance displayed on a map information display section 5, and is turned on or blinked. If a present location (location in which the evacuation guidance system is installed) exists on the path to the evacuation site searched at this time, the evacuation direction in the present location is determined, and the direction of photoradiation of an evacuation blinkers 3 is controlled in the evacuation direction and guidance is carried out.
