PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion having improved preservation stability, in the emulsions using a compounds represented by chemical formula 1, which is a medicament, as an emulsifier. SOLUTION: The emulsion containing emulsion particles including 30-95% vegetable oil or synthetic glyceride, based on the emulsion particles, and 5-70% compound represented by chemical formula 1, which is a medicament, based on the emulsion particles, has extremely improved stability of the emulsion caused by the formulation of a salt of a monovalent cationic species within the range of 2-20 mM.
