PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for a metal tubular container which is superior in fittingness and design and prevents contents leak, and to provide a complex container made by fitting the cover on the metal tubular container. SOLUTION: The cover 2 of the metal tubular container is a cylindrical cover that is made of a thermoplastic elastomer and that has an insertion inlet. A longitudinally extending rib is formed on part of the interior surface 22a of the peripheral wall 20 of the cover 2. The complex container 1 includes the cover 2 of the metal tubular container, and the metal tubular container 10 having the a body 12, a lid fitting portion extended on one end side of the body 12, and a lid 11 attached to the lid fitting portion.
