PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding type cold-keeping box of which the state can easily be switched between a built-up state having a box configuration, and a folded-stacked state keeping the whole body folded and stacked, and of which the storage or the moving under the folded-stacked state is easy to perform by preventing the folded-stacked state from being carelessly disassembled. SOLUTION: A bag body 2A is mounted on a bed plate 1. The velvet fasteners of the flap sections 1a to 1d of the former are engaged with the velvet fasteners on the outer periphery of the latter, and a bag 2 is fixed onto the bed plate 1. By engaging the velvet fasteners on the outer periphery of a heat-insulating frame plate 3 and on the inner periphery of the bag body 2A with each other, the bag body is held under a box shape by the heat-insulating frame plate. The velvet fasteners of the flap sections 6a to 6c of the upper lid 2B of the back 2 are engaged with the velvet fasteners of the bag body, and the upper surface opening of the bag body is closed by the upper lid.
