PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely obtain a contact area between a collar and a heat transfer pipe. SOLUTION: This fin 1 for a heat exchanger includes a fin body 11 and the collar 13. The fin body 11 is plate-like, and a hole 12 is provided in the fin body 11. The collar 13 is erected on the fin body 11. The collar 13 is annular to surround the hole 12. The collar 13 has a root part 131 connected to the fin body 11. In the root part 131, the inside diameter r1 is increased so that the inner peripheral surface 13a is curved with a radius R1 of curvature of 0.25 mm or less as it goes toward the opposite side to the tip 132b.
