The holding device has a reversibly fixable joint (1) i.e. ball joint, comprising a joint area (5) with a dirt cover between a joint head (2) and a joint socket (3). The joint head is movable opposite to the joint socket in a functional state of the joint and fixed opposite to the joint socket in another functional state. The joint area is filled with a bonding agent (4) with a soft and flowable condition in the former functional state of the joint, and a fixed and rigid condition in the latter functional state. The metals or alloys of metals are utilized as bonding agents.
